Everyone’s Games

Terms of Use

These are the ground rules for using Everyone’s Games, in plain language. By using this site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Playing the games

The games are free to play, for your own enjoyment. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to buy.

Sharing is welcome

Please tell your friends, family and church, and share the link anywhere you like. You may also print the pages. What I ask in return:

  • Don’t copy the games or the site and put them on another website, or sell them.
  • Don’t use bots or scripts that overload the site, and don’t try to break into it or change it.
  • Don’t make a page that pretends to be Everyone’s Games or to be me.

Who owns what

The games, text, artwork and design on this site belong to Everyone’s Games. If a game uses something that belongs to someone else, I say so on that game’s page.

No promises about the games

I make these games with care, but I can’t promise they will always work or always be here. They are provided “as is.” I may fix, change, pause or remove a game at any time.

Your saved progress lives on your own device. It can be lost if you clear your browser’s data or switch devices, and I can’t get it back for you.

To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or the games.

For fun only

The games are for entertainment. They are not medical, therapeutic or educational products, and they don’t claim to treat or improve any condition.

Links to other sites

No game links to anywhere else. The “Support the site” link in the footer takes you to PayPal, which has its own terms and privacy policy.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13.

If these terms change

I will update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after a change, that means you accept the new terms.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
